Character Mail

Character mail is private asynchronous mail between IC characters.

# Commands

+mail                                  Show your inbox.
+mail/send <character>=<subject>/<message>  Send mail.
+mail/read <id>                        Read a message.
+mail/reply <id>=<message>             Reply to the sender.
+mail/delete <id>                      Archive a message from your inbox.
+mail/unread <id>                      Mark a message unread.

Unread mail is shown on the account character-selection screen when you log in
or return out-of-character.
